Send us the property and the situation — a repair your manager says is needed, a damage claim, a turnover concern, or anything you can't see for yourself. The more context you share about what you were told, the sharper our verification.
Step 02 — Independent site visit
We go look — for ourselves
We visit the property in person, on the ground in Sevier County. We have no relationship with your property manager and no stake in whatever repair or claim is in question. We're not there to agree with anyone — we're there to observe.
Step 03 — Documented report
We document exactly what we find
You receive a clear, timestamped report: photos, video where it helps, and plain-language findings of what we actually observed. No upsell, no recommended contractor — just the evidence so you can judge for yourself.
Step 04 — You decide
You act on proof, not someone's word
With an independent record in hand, you can approve the work confidently, push back on an inflated estimate, settle a dispute, or support an insurance claim. The decision stays yours — now it's an informed one.
